In addition, anti-rust coating on the bearing oil with good lubricating properties, for general purpose bearings or bearing grease filling can be used directly without washing. But for the instrumentation used for high-speed rotation of the bearing or bearings, application of clean oil cleaning oil will wash away the rust, then bearing rust, can not place a long time. 

 

2 test shaft and housing 

 

Cleaning bearings and housings, confirming that no injuries or mechanical burrs left. There shall be no absolute abrasive (SiC, Al2O3, etc.) sand, chips and other housing. 

 

Second test shaft and housing dimensions, shape, and the drawing processing quality is found. 

 

Before installing the bearing in the oil with the surface coating mechanical inspection of the shaft and housing.
